It was ok.
The hotel was nice - room and bathroom clean, bed very comfortable and it was very quiet. The morning clerk was helpful and nice. It was very close to the AS Roma stadium, which was the main reason for choosing this hotel.
The breakfast was terrible. It was a buffet, but with very little to choose from. The waiters didn't speak English. The afternoon clerk was rather unpleasant. I was expecting much more from a 4-star hotel...

The restaurant staff was friendly. And the breakfast every morning was wonderful. They were very accommodating. In fact the staff in the morning and the restaurant staff gave the hotel the best face.
The front desk staff were not friendly. They were all business.

Large balcony area with sun loungers. Helpful staff. Easy access to bus to all main areas of Rome.
Room quite small. No mirror in room. Shower leaked all over the floor.
